China Shipping (Australia) Agency Co.Pty. Ltd. (CSAA) was established in April 1999 to represent China Shipping Container Lines Co., Ltd  interests in Australia with offices in Sydney, Melbourne Brisbane and Adelaide.. CSAA is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Shipping Group.

Since it’s inception in 1999 CSAA has built a dedicated experienced team in each port.

We offer Dry, Reefer and Special container services to and from North East Asia, South East Middle East and Europe on three competitive weekly services. Our coverage of China is one of the most extensive in the market where we offer CY/CY terms to over 90 ports in China.

We offer the latest Internet services, which includes online access to bookings, bills and accounts and container tracking.

China Shipping Container Lines Co., Ltd (CSCL ) was established in 1997 and is headquartered in Shanghai. CSCL has developed into a truly global company through it’s rapid growth over the past decade through it’s international and domestic services ably assisted by it’s feeder subsidiaries Shanghai Puhai Shipping Co,. Ltd and Universal Shipping (Asia) Co,.Ltd.

CSCL is part of the China Shipping Group.

Currently operating over 150 container vessels in over 70 services covering over 80 countries CSCL  has become the No 1 Chinese container carrier based on teu capacity and has established itself as a Top 10 global carrier. With the average age of all vessels above the 4000 teu capacity being 5 years today’s young fleet will be increased with the addition of 8x14000 teu class vessels which are being incorporated into the fleet as of January 2011.

In 2012 CSCL will start taking delivery of a new fleet of 16000 teu vessels.
